Shorterm Group are pleased to be working with an important client of ours to recruit a Production Operative to work with their team based in Hucknall, Nottingham. Our client measure, design, manufacture and install bespoke insulation products for a range of industries.

What You'll Do:
As a Production Operative, you will be at the heart of the company operation, crafting heat-insulating jackets tailored to industrial pipes. Your responsibilities will include:

* Using specialized tools and machinery to cut, assemble, and sew materials with precision.
* Ensuring the highest standards of quality by conducting thorough inspections and adhering to our quality control processes.
* Collaborating closely with your team to meet production targets while maintaining product excellence.
* Following safety protocols to create a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
* Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new manufacturing processes.
