Year 3 Teacher

Part Time (3-5 days per week) - PPA Cover

Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex | start date ASAP

Randstad Education is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join our team and work across several of our partnership schools in West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher looking for part-time work in a role that requires no planning, as it primarily involves PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover. This role will allow you to explore some of our parternship schools that have worked with us over several years, whilst meeting a range of colleagues and impacting the learning of many pupils!

PPA Teacher Responsibilities:

Delivering engaging and effective lessons to Year 3 students (with some year group movement when necessary)
Providing support to students during teacher's PPA time
Ensuring a safe and positive classroom environment
Collaborating with fellow teachers and school staff
Maintaining accurate records of student progres
Upholding the school's policies and proceduresQualifications and Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Previous experience teaching in Year 3 or similar
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work 3-4 days per week
