Wanted a Lettings professional, looking for a temporary role that will keep you on your toes until January 2024? (possible extension) We have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a leading student accommodation provider, is on the hunt for a dynamic Lettings Advisor to take charge at a brand-new Student Accommodation site in Croydon. If you're a proven salesperson with a track record of success, we want to hear from you too!

This isn't your typical gig – it's a chance to be part of the launch and marketing of a brand new student accommodation site for a well-known national student accommodation provider. Your main mission will be the sales, promotion and lettings of the building to both domestic and international students.  

Overview:

Welcome potential tenants and give them the lowdown on the property and facilities.
Conduct viewings of show flats and common areas for potential tenants.
Answer queries from potential tenants about properties and the rental process.
Build and maintain relationships with potential tenants, agents, and suppliers.
Assist in preparing marketing materials and advertising campaigns.
Keep accurate records of sales and potential tenants.
Call potential tenants to understand their needs and build relationships.
Negotiate deals with a keen eye for detail and a goal to meet or exceed targets.
Identify business opportunities to increase tenancy and maximize sales.
Build and maintain relationships with potential residents and suppliers.
Key Skills:

Experience in the Lettings sector (understanding of tenancy agreements)
Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Confidence and enthusiasm in your approach.
Willingness to go the extra mile.
Track record of achieving targets.
Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
This is a temporary position; the assignment will run until at least January 2024 – with possible extension. This will be a site based position,  hours will be Monday – Friday (potentially some Saturday’s)  Hours 09.00 – 17.30.  Hourly rate c £15.00 - £17.00 (independent on experience).
