My client specialises in the supply and installation of stone and ceramic wall and floor tiling, restoration works and precision cutting using a bespoke waterjet cutting service within a fast-moving commercial market.

Due to growth an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the company on a permanent basis, this will be a rewarding role and will offer a clear progression route for ambitious Document Controller.

The role:

• Deployed to projects at various stages to implement processes, aiding information flow to senior team and accounts.

• Work flexibly across projects based on company needs.

• Collaborate with project control team and senior management to understand upcoming needs.

• Assist international branches in project controls, facilitating information flow to London head office.

• Report to Data Manager for leave coordination and workload prioritisation.

• Support senior team in monitoring, controlling, and administering project progress.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.

• Analyse discrepancies between estimated and actual time/cost, recommend remedial actions.

• Coordinate planning sessions, lead change management processes, and ensure client deliverables meet quality standards.

• Prepare Applications for Payment reports and invoices.

• Manage compensation event lifecycle and credit note processing.

• Handle sub-consultant administration, including retention letters and payless notices.

• Contribute to internal and external audits on team projects.

• Provide input for Quality Management and general project documentation housekeeping.

• Support project information archiving.
