Position Summary: As a Corporate Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional first impression for our residents, tenants, and visitors. You will be the front-line ambassador of their development, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for everyone who enters our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism.

* Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

* Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

* Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings.

* Assist with administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail.

* Provide information about the development and its amenities to visitors.

* Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.


* Previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Knowledge of basic administrative procedures
