Position: Commercial Vehicle Fitter Location: Guildford Workshop | Salary: £57,062 per year | Full-time

We are actively recruiting a qualified Commercial Vehicle Fitter for our Guildford Workshop. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in heavy commercial vehicle maintenance, showcasing adept problem-solving skills and an ability to excel under pressure. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £20.80, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes Private Health Care, Life Cover, and a Company Pension. Additionally, a company van is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing operations in our 7-bay commercial vehicle workshop, currently staffed by 2 fitters

* Adhering to a rotational schedule: Week 1 (6 am – 16:30), Week 2 (8 am – 18:30)

* Every other Saturday commitment (7 am – 12:30)

* Overtime compensated at time and a half

* Primarily workshop-based, with on-site duties as needed for vehicle breakdowns
