CV Screen is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a renowned multinational investment firm specializing in the food and drink industry based in Hammersmith, London. We are looking for someone with multi-currency transaction experience, enjoys a challenge, can work in an ever-changing environment, and can use their practical skills to create new and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

Actively manage reconciliations of stock orders and supplier invoices
Reconciliation of client accounts and creation of client refunds for stock sold.
 Take ownership of the supplier ledgers to create payments in a timely manner
Undertake bank reconciliations and post client receipts when required by AR
Prepare a schedule detailing the weekly and monthly supplier payments
Post multi-currency bank payments on SAP and input payments on the bank
Qualifications:

Previous experience in an Accounts Payable Role
Experience with multi-currency transactions
Familiarity with invoicing systems and basic accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Experience with Quickbooks.

Salary is up to £32,000
