Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Candidate Delivery Manager or Recruitment Consultant who will deliver exceptional candidate experiences. This fully remote role will require that you to guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction. While business development is not required, account management experience would be advantageous. Our team will book warm leads in your diary, you will also be required to source candidates using our extensive database and other online resources.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Management:

* Build and sustain strong relationships with candidates, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process

* Effectively communicate with candidates, providing guidance and support.

Sourcing and Screening:

* Utilise diverse channels to identify and attract potential candidates

* Conduct comprehensive screening processes to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for roles.

End-to-End Candidate Management:

* Oversee the candidate side of the recruitment life cycle.

* Coordinate interviews and assessments, maintaining clear communication with candidates.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Candidate Delivery Manager or in a similar candidate-centric role, or an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking to shift focus.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effectively managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Familiarity with construction recruitment is preferred but not essential.

* Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic environment.

* Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of recruitment technologies.

* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

* Account management experience would be beneficial.
