Position: Principal Architect - Technical and Data Design

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Contract: 6-9 months)

The purpose of this role is pivotal in defining a strategic 2030 National Cyber Security Capability. Youll be part of a collaborative consortium with other leading Cyber companies, designing a Logical Technical Architecture for key Cyber Security Functions and Services, aligning with strategic goals and business requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing – Your Accountabilities & Skills Required:

Defining and developing a Cyber Security Reference and Logical Technical Architecture for key Cyber Security Functions.
Supporting Operational Process and Logical Architecture modeling in selected applications and tools.
Defining functional, scaling, security, data, integration, and deployment views within the technical architecture.
Creating RFPs for Technical Capability Delivery Packs to support functions and services.
Defining Data Architecture and Governance Models, including data acquisition and lifecycle management.
Ensuring alignment with Strategy, Business Capabilities, and Security objectives.
Elaborating strategic and business requirements into functional, non-functional requirements.
Contributing to the technical cost model for service delivery and creating strategic roadmaps.
Performing gap analysis and defining Technology Roadmaps for future operational requirements.
Identifying opportunities for simplification and productization within the technology architecture.
Skills & Experience Expected:

10+ years in Cyber and Security technical architecture and design, with 2+ years in solution design.
Proficiency in service, process, and architecture modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., Enterprise Architect, ArchiMate).
TOGAF or equivalent qualifications.
Understanding of Logical Architecture development, SecDevOps, and security principles.
Experience in RFP development, Use Case definition, and technology asset management.
Ability to lead technical work and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
