I am working with an award-winning 5 star housebuilder, who create a range of beautiful and award-winning new homes across London and the South East.

They are in the market for a Site Manager who will be working as part of a team and reporting into the Project Lead.

This is for a scheme in Rochester, Kent consisting of 105 Traditionally Built apartments due to complete in 2025.

The ideal candidate will have experience in taking units from 1st fix through to Handover.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the production team, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, quality control, and customer service.

Manage the end-to-end delivery process, maintaining high-quality standards from design to handover. Ensure projects are completed within specific timelines and budgets.

Represent the company in interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders and make sure the client’s expectations are met.

Contribute to continuous improvement, focusing on project efficiency, reducing risks, and maintaining industry-leading standards.

Requirements:

Experience in managing a similar construction project, demonstrating the ability to deliver on time and within budget.

Expertise in health and safety regulations, quality control, and construction methodology.

Proficient in project management tools and techniques.

Relevant qualifications in construction management.

Salary on offer - £65,000 basic + Package
