This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a team of engineers on a static site in the heart of the City. The ideal candidate will be Mechanically qualified (Level 3) and experienced within building services.

Benefits package Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor mechanical plant

Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
Monitor the BMS systems
Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
Escort specialist sub-contractors
Ensure all boiler reports are completed every shift, any anomalies raised to management.
Ensure that cooling/heating Systems and domestic water systems are maintained to comply with the requirements of the L8 standard.
Carry out PPM's on FCU's, pumps, pressurisation units, calorifiers and AHU's
Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive maintenance is carried out to all client assets through operation of Planned Preventative Maintenance System.
Ensure that sub-contractors perform to meet the requirement of the contract. Administer sub contractor work approvals and safe operation while repair or service is carried out on site.
Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the above plant.
Ensure that comprehensive maintenance records are completed in the form of job sheets.
To maintain & develop good client relationships. Qualifications & Experience

City & Guilds Electrical or Mechanical Qualification
18th edition
Experience working within a client-facing environment
Building services experience
