Our client, who are going through an exciting time of growth, are looking for Dispatch Administrator to join their small, friendly team based in Sutton.

Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.

Paying £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience. This can increase after successful training and probation.

This role will see you working in the goods in/out department processing and dispatching clients orders. You will be responsible for ensuring stock is correctly allocated and customers and kept up to date throughout the process.

This an ideal role for someone who is keen to learn and wants to develop within a successful business. Full training and support will be offered.

Duties will include:

Handling the whole sales order process, including inspecting items for any defects before delivery
Dealing with all client orders, ensuring dispatch is on time & accurate and client is happy
Checking deliveries and booking in customer repairs into company software and keeping clients up to date
Completing annual stock checks
Liaise closely across different departments to ensure smooth process for all.Ideal candidate will:
