Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 basic + Company Car

Are you responsible for providing exceptional customer and technical support for a range of installed systems, from basic to complex, including second-line technical assistance and support for Service Specialists and clients, involving remote troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of Security Systems?
Exceptional customer focus with the ability to work under pressure and anticipate customer needs.
Advanced technical skills in electronic security systems.
Advanced programming skills and a proven ability to troubleshoot and find solutions.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Frequent job site visits required; minimal overnight travel.
Valid driver's license.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Advanced organiszational skills, capable of handling multiple service needs simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Qualifications and Experience Required:
Minimum of eight years of relevant field service, installation, or commissioning experience.
Current certification in four or more of the following systems: C Cure 9000 L1 and L2, CEM AC2000, Cardax, Genetec OTC and STC, S2, Lenel OnGuard Expert or higher, Honeywell Winpak or Prowatch, Milestone, Avigilon. Please apply with an up-to-date CV for more information.
