I am thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Head of People to join our rapidly growing UK B2C client as their first HR leader in the region. About Us: Our client is an ambitious and innovative B2C business poised for significant growth. We are on the lookout for a Head of People to play a pivotal role in building and managing our HR function, supporting our stellar leadership team, and driving our mission to new heights.
Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Develop innovative recruitment strategies.
Craft job descriptions, manage the hiring process, and evaluate candidates.
Implement an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) with a B2C focus.
Onboarding and Orientation:

Design and execute effective onboarding programs.
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to our culture.
Culture Development:

Define and promote our company culture.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
Performance / Talent Management:

Establish performance management processes and track metrics.
Lead Talent Review process and calibration meetings.
Training and Development:

Identify training needs and develop programs for employee growth.
Engagement & Retention:

Identify potential flight risks and implement engagement surveys.
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Compensation and Benefits:

Manage competitive compensation structures and oversee benefits programs.
Compliance and Legal:

Ensure compliance with UK labor laws and regulations.
Leadership Development:

Identify and develop potential leaders within the organization.
Change Management:

Assist in managing change, including rapid growth and market shifts.
HR Technology and Data:

Implement HR technology solutions for efficient processes and data management.
Diversity and Inclusion:

Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization. About You:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (Master's preferred).
10+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Proven track record in a People/HR role, preferably in a B2C background.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of UK labor laws and regulations.
