Turkish and Arabic Speaking Representative

This is an exciting new opportunity for a permanent Turkish and Arabic Speaking Representative to join a company based in Brighton working fully remote, on a full-time basis. Hours are Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Responsible for Account management for the Middle East and Turkish partnerships
Responding to email and telephone enquiries, ensuring you are providing a high level of customer service
Handling complaints efficiently
Building relationship with partners to maximise partnerships
Assisting in the recruitment process of new partners and contracts for the company
Creating sales plans, budgets, and targets
Supporting with sales administration, such as creating and following up on quotations
Offering market analysis to assist in the production of promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and website posts
Organising and attending business trips, which can be overseas
Assisting in the placement of advertisements in appropriate publications
Attending sales presentations with partners, and contributing to monthly training sessions to share knowledge and experience with other teamsTo be successful for this position, you should have strong communication skills and have at least 1 years' experience in Sales and Account Management. You must be fluent in Turkish and Arabic and have a suitable working from home environment including a good internet connection.

This opportunity will pay you a salary of £25,500 Per Annum and will include fully remote working. A laptop and phone will be provided. The client can adapt hours to suit the region working with if a different time zone. Other benefits include annual sales bonus, days in lieu offered for extra days worked at weekends and bank holidays, and opportunities for international travel.
