* As a Building Surveyor you will be responsible for a wide array of surveying services, including but not limited to:
* Conducting comprehensive property inspections and generating detailed reports.
* Identifying and assessing building defects and issues.
* Providing expert advice to clients on property maintenance, repair, and enhancement strategies.
* Preparing specifications, tender documents, and construction contracts.
* Overseeing and managing construction projects to ensure they meet regulatory standards and quality expectations.
* Collaborating effectively with Architects, Engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
* Offering valuable insights and guidance on building-related legal and regulatory matters.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
* A Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a closely related field.
* Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) is highly advantageous.
* Demonstrated experience in building surveying, project management, and construction.
* Profound knowledge of building regulations and industry standards.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
* Proficiency in utilising surveying and project management software.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
