Job Type: Temporary (with the possibility of permanent placement or temp-to-perm)

Duration: Minimum 3 months
Work Hours: Open to negotiation.
Branding and Documentation:
* Update templates with current branding.
* Download information for Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&M).
* Set up accounts with suppliers.
* Manage and record various forms of correspondence, including emails.
* General filing to ensure organizational efficiency.
* Input sales receipts on Xero (full training provided).
* Order materials and manage purchasing of office supplies.
* Update and maintain spreadsheets for efficient data management.
* Assist in researching the market for better deals on services such as insurance, WiFi, mobile plans, etc.
* Make teas and coffees for in-house meetings.
* Manage the employer's diary (preferable, but not essential).
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Training: Full training will be provided for specific tasks, including inputting sales receipts on Xero.
