Pertemps Sheffield (S35 2PG) is a modern office located in Chapeltown, within close proximity to local facilities, offering free onsite parking and is just 12 minutes’ drive from Meadow Hall shopping centre.
About you:
Essentially, you will be passionate about people, embrace the candidate/client experience and pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service.  You will have a keen interest in matching the right person to the right role.

Your previous work history may include some exposure to business development, sales, customer service or even previous experience as a recruitment resourcer.

Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence.

Your role:
Your first three months with include your induction to the company and we’ll get you started with 16-weeks of learning and development. We have been accredited with the Princess Royal Training Award which puts Pertemps Network Group in an elite category of organisations who are driving training and development forward, constantly raising the bar and acting as a beacon for good practice.

This is a huge opportunity to develop your career with a ‘hands on’ recruitment role meaning you will be handling both the client and candidate side of the recruitment process which will include:

Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company, culture, and job vacancy requirements.
Visiting our clients, providing consultative advice on the job market and managing client expectations.
Writing and advertising job vacancies and implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
Connecting with and interviewing candidates to understand their needs
Screening applicants and assessing their skills and fit against new roles.
Contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future jobs.
Organising candidate interviews managing offers and candidate onboarding.
Prioritising your workload.
Winning new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.
