Job Title: Digital Content Officer

Location: Southwark, SE1

Hourly Rate: £21.64

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Office Hours: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Hours Per Week: 18.00

Key Duties:

Create and iterate user-centred content using analytics, user feedback, and other sources of information
Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital content
As a Digital Content Officer, you will contribute to content principles, policies and procedures
Carry out day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of the website
Develop and use different methodologies and approaches to research and data gathering
Perform system interrogations, data cleansing, data gathering, extraction and analysis as directed
Develop on-line forms, reports, utilities and programs
Ensure that the website content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging
Support content owners by providing training and support
Understand and anticipate customer demand for web services
Manage incidents and issues to ensure they are resolved directly or through escalation
Requirements:

Proficient in writing and editing to create compelling content
Knowledge of multimedia content creation
As a Digital Content Officer you must be proficient in using analytics tools
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail
