We are seeking a highly organised and outgoing Account Manager to join one of our clients based in Altrincham. Our client is a leading digital media solutions agency, they provide installations throughout the UK, Europe and Australia and work with some of the biggest brands in the UK. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital part in supporting one of their biggest retail clients in the UK. Also, you will manage an account from end to end including the commercials and client-facing elements of the role and work on the quoting and budgeting as well. This role would involve a close relationship with the end client that would see you meeting the client at their different locations in the UK occasionally. The role can be worked from home and sometimes from our client's office in Altrincham.

What you’ll do:

Manage an account from end to end including the commercials and client-facing elements

Work within a busy team, engaging with various clients, building contractors, and general contractors.
Review store designs and provide quotes to clients and customers.
Source the necessary hardware and software for projects.
Plan the project's delivery in alignment with client's requirements, ensuring the retail store can open on the proposed trading date.
Interact with multiple suppliers, contractors, and customers on a daily basis.
Manage your own workload effectively and provide daily and weekly reports to management.
Be flexible and adaptable, as the company deals with over 90 key clients across the UK and Europe, leading to dynamic workdays.
Undertake training and gain proficiency in all systems required for the role.

What you’ll need:

End to End Account Management Experience
Experience with quoting, and budgeting
Excellent written and oral communication
Excitement for technology and how it can deliver support to customers
Good with IT
Client facing experience
Previous agency experience is desired
Passion for branding and creative development
Understanding of digital outputs, file formats and content resolutions
A creative eye for flare and advertising passion if preferred but not essential
Excellent organisational skills
Flexible to meet client demands
