Description

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls assisting with a variety of queries from customers ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

You will be working closely with other members of the business booking appointments and keeping the customer updated on the progress of their claim.

The role will also involve dealing with any emails coming into the business and prioritising work load to ensure service level agreements are met.
