As they continue to deliver and exceed client`s expectations they are carefully looking to expand their offering by the appointment of a Structural Champion who will possess the ambition to ensure their practice develops accordingly.

An accomplished leader you will fit seamlessly into the company and share their passion for engineering and delivering excellence.

The group has a strong vision, values and culture, underpinned by compassion for their people and passion and creativity in their design. There is a clear plan for growing the business, which requires a new Director to strengthen the structural team.

It is hoped that you will possess 10 – 15 years structural design experience and have a good network of contacts, whether clients or architects, in order to win work and enhance the reputation of the company in the industry.

The main focus will include winning work whilst raising the company`s profile, mentoring a high performing team and ensuring the group continue to exceed expectations.

Joining their Centrally London based office you will be well known in the South East, as well-connected and have the ability to tap into previous contacts possessing good relationships with former colleagues who might be open to change.
