Warehouse Sales Administrator

Start: Asap.

Pay: £11.00-£12.00 p/h.

Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00.

Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire.

Our client based in Gloucester is seeking a Warehouse Sales Administrator, who has experience within a Warehousing/Production environment, to join their team on a temporary-permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be IT competent, comfortable learning new computer systems and comfortable with packing client orders.

For the right candidate our client is offering the opportunity for candidates to learn aspects of ironmongery, to obtain a GAI Certificate in Architectural Hardwood. This will lead into training and obtaining a diploma.

Main responsibilities:

Receiving client specifications and uploading them onto the system.
Provide clients with quotations.
Order processing.
Invoicing.
Pack client orders.
Dispatching.
General correspondences.
With training the role will progress into reading and processing client specification documents, floor plans and schedules.
In addition to the above you will learn the ability to identify a variety of components clients will need for their specifications.Candidate attributes:

Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
IT competent.
Comfortable working within a warehouse/production environment.
Comfortable with manual handling.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
