OH Medical are working in partnership with a leading Occupational Health Provider to find a dedicated Workstation & Workplace Assessor to be a key player in a fast-growing company for a full-time permanent hybrid role covering the London area. ​

The Remit:
As the Workstation & Workplace Assessor, you'll be reporting directly to the Head of Musculoskeletal (MSK) Services. This is a fantastic chance to showcase your expertise in providing effective workplace and workstation assessments, whether on-site or remotely.

*

Develop, manage, and deliver Workstation and workplace assessments within the London region.

*

Provide accurate assessment reports with appropriate recommendations.

*

Identify workplace hazards and assess the risk of musculoskeletal ill health.

*

Conduct ergonomic risk assessments for employee wellbeing.

*

Collaborate with the team to implement necessary work practice changes.

*

Contribute to health promotion events.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:

*

Registered with the HCPC or an Ergonomic professional organisation.

*

Minimum 4 years Post Grad Experience.

*

Minimum 2 years WSA/WPA experience.

*

IT literate, clear communication skills, and customer-focused.

*

Experience delivering Health Education/Promotion advice and fitness for work guidance.

*

Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organisational efficiency.

Desirable Skills:

*

Post-graduate training in Occupational Health/Ergonomics.

*

Full Member of the Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health & Ergonomics (ACPOHE), RCO, CIEHF, HFES or other registered Ergonomic organisation.
