Head of Marketing

Permanent, Full Time

My ambitious growing client have decided to add a Head of Marketing into their business, this is a brand new role and a great opportunity for someone to really make it their own and become an integral member of the business.

The main purpose of this role is to oversee all marketing activities within the business and be responsible for managing the marketing team, budgets, setting goals and developing the marketing strategy and plan.

Key responsibilities:

Analyse the companies goals and have a deep understanding of their various audiences, developing a cross chanel marketing plan for each of their industries
Keep up to date with market and industry trends across our various industries
Allocate and monitor the team and budget to execute and deliver on the agreed marketing plans
Review campaign performances and adjust when needed
Proactively establish new media partnerships
Lead and develop the existing marketing team, whilst always looking at growth
The ideal candidate:

Degree in Communications or Marketing
Extensive experience within a business to business marketing role
Experience managing a marketing team
Experienced running integrated multi-channel campaigns
Someone who is genuinely interested in the bigger picture and understanding the vital role that the marketing team can have on the organisation
Marketing experience within the exhibitions industry or media sales would be desirable
