Park Avenue are working on behalf of a Local Authority looking for an interim Head of Housing for a six month period. You'll be reporting into a Corporate Director of Housing & Community Safety, leading a team of (already strong) service managers to develop the Council's Housing Service.

They need someone who is a people's person - great at working with key partners across professions, as well as supporting optimal outcomes through collaboration. The range of functions covered include:

Housing Standards (including Housing related environmental health)
Homelessness and Housing Advice
Temporary Accommodation
Housing Register and Lettings
Housing Strategy
