Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Day Shift)

£45,000 - £55,000 (OTE £50,000 – £60,000) + Training + Progression + Overtime

Are you a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience fixing CNC machines who are looking for a varied role working a day shift in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for a market-leading company, that offers specialist training, Flexible working, and overtime to boost earnings?

The company has been established for over 100 years and has several sites across the Globe. They manufacture automotive parts which are exported to several sectors and are part of a much larger group.

You will be part of a small tight-knit team providing PPM and Reactive maintenance support to the production line making sure downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. You will work with the Engineering team to identify possible improvements. You will record all repairs and faults, logging them to the internal system.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer who wants specialist training and fast progression within a market-leading company, maintaining a state of the art production line.

The Role:

· Work closely with the production team to ensure that machinery downtime is kept to a minimum

· Collaborate with the engineering team, supporting and identifying means of improving plant productivity

· Investigate and establish the causes of all breakdowns and machinery speed losses and record any repairs

The Person:

· Electrical and Mechanical experience

· Machinery Maintenance experience

· CNC Maintenance experience
