Customer Service Executive

Royston

Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

£20,000 - £25,000

Do you have experience working in a customer service role?

Do you have a ‘can-do’ attitude and enjoy speaking with customers over the phone?

If so, OA are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our lovely client in Royston.

Customer Service Executive – Benefits:

Customer Service Executive – Key Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls and forwarding where appropriate
Managing inbound emails
Processing customer’s orders on the Sage accounts system
Preparation of all information required for production
Logistics management including international freight
Answering price enquiries and providing quotations as necessary
General office administrative tasks and ordering of consumables etc.
Customer Service Executive – Key Skills + Attributes:

Proficient in Microsoft apps
Experience with Sage accounts would be advantageous but not essential
Confident in speaking to customers via telephone
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Must have some commercial experience
Willing to learn and work well within the team
Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
Take control of situations and be proactive
