Info about what the Project Planner role entails

* Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.

* Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules, considering resource allocation, budget constraints, and potential risks.

* Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and maintain project schedule adherence.

* Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on project status, discuss challenges, and propose solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.

* Utilize project management software and tools to track project metrics, analyse data, and generate reports for management review.

* Anticipate potential bottlenecks or issues and develop contingency plans to address them, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

* Maintain documentation, records, and reports related to project planning, scheduling, and execution.

Essential Requirements of the Project Planner Role

* Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, or related roles within the Process Engineering industry.

* Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project).

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
