Job Description - Labour Manager

The ideal applicant will be an experienced Labour Manager who can maintain and build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike. Attention to detail and high levels of strong communication.

Fill live jobs with candidates who have been fully vetted and referenced
Request certificates for candidates and add them to their files
Stay updated on industry trends, labour market conditions, and regulatory requirements specific to London to inform recruitment and labour management practices.
Create and send assignment details to candidates
Ensuring all time-sheets for your division are in on time, correct and send to payroll for processing on a weekly basis
Formatting CVs/Creating candidate profiles
Update candidate records
Register new candidates who are looking for workCompetency and Knowledge Base - Labour Manager
