Leading a team of chefs in a relaxed pub setting, you will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen. From ordering to rotas ,and training to delivery.
As Head Chef you will be the lead on all standards and be responsible for the kitchens financial productivity. The brand offers mountains of support to deliver this, and has a wealth of resources to deploy to support you.
The restaurant delivers a traditional pub/carvery menu and the Head Chef will be responsible for delivering consistency across the board. 

The Who

Ideally you will be familiar with branded environments and comfortable with a fresh/prepped menu. The ability to train and develop your team will be key in delivering standards, so a Chef that is not only collaborative, but supportive, would thrive in this role.
