Reed Marketing & Creative are working with a specialist professional services business, going through some real growth, who are looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join the team to help with marketing strategy and team management!

This can be a complex business with levels of services they offer and many areas of marketing they work within. We are open to a couple of avenues of experience; line management is a must but either someone who has marketing AND communications or someone with a more paid media expertise to add into the team.

Duties for this busy role within the team will include:
* Line management for 5-6 members of the team
* Working across marketing strategy and assisting to deliver projects
* Working with relevant external parties and agencies
* Content creation for online and offline channels
* Liaise with all departments including sales, policy and finance
* Paid media activities (PPC, SEM, SEO)

You must have line management experience but otherwise we are open to the origin of your previous marketing and/or communications experience. You can work in a fast paced environment and be able to work to strict deadlines. We are open to B2B and B2C industry experience.

Hybrid working from their Warwick office is on offer, a salary up to £43k plus a list of additional benefits.
