Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the manufacturing industry, are looking to recruit a Operations Admin. This role is a busy role and you can work from home and in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.
The day to day duties in your new job will be….
Ownership of engineer calendars. Ensuring all jobs scheduled by the team are done correctly, in accordance with business requirements.
Ensuring all jobs are being scheduled in accordance with contractual KPIs
Producing regular reports, delving into Engineer Productivity and Utilisation, whilst also reporting on areas such as first-time fix rates, PPM progress, regional trends and sub-contractor utilisation.
Ensuring all systems reference data is kept through regular housekeeping exercises and assist with development or upgrades as necessary.
Work closely with the Regional Managers and O&M Manager to implement solutions to findings.
Arrange and book ferries and hotels, as required.
Flexible and adaptable to be able to cope with the ever-changing demands of our customer portfolio.Benefits:
