They worked really hard over the last few years on transforming the culture within the organisation and would like to invite a candidate to join them in pushing forwards.

Description

The People Partner will be responsible for:

Advising and guiding line managers on best practice when dealing with a wide range of HR issues
Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to improve process
Providing relevant people management information and insightful analysis, highlighting activity and issues
Help to develop appropriate interventions
Working with the Head of HR on a variety of projects and rolling these out across the group
Becoming a trusted advisor within the organisationProfile

The ideal People Partner will have the following skills/qualities:

Experience in a HR, having managing projects or had a strategic role in the past
A level 5 CIPD or above
High computer literacy including advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, reporting from HRIS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both oral and written
Ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy whilst achieving timescales
Well organised and effective team member that can work under own initiative to deliver objectivesJob Offer

A competitive salary of £40-45,000 per anum, 28 days holiday plus bank holiday, death in service, free lunch, sick pay and enhanced family friendly policies. Please note, this is an office based role - you may have the opportunity to work from home once per week, but this will be based on business need and won't be a set day each week
