Cover Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a smooth learning experience for students.
Manage student behaviour and uphold the school's behaviour policies.
Collaborate with teaching staff and support the overall objectives of the school.
Commitment to safeguarding pupils and families.
Cover Supervisor Requirements:

A degree or equivalent qualifications.
Previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow and deliver lesson plans effectively.
