An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Accountant & Tax Senior to join a well-established, growing & ambitious Chartered Accountancy Practice based in Chiswick.

About the role

Preparing Trial Balance with Control Reconciliations
Movement on Directors Loan accounts and Dividend recommendations
Applying GAAP and FRS102 for Statutory Accounts and Corporation Tax Computation charge and claims (losses, capex, R&D); Filing approved Accounts and Returns with approval
Xero Accounts Production, and IRIS Personal tax production
Shared maintenance of Client Database for Practice Management
Team liaison with bookkeepers and management accountant for draft accounts post yearend + 3-5 months
Corporate Tax Loss utilisation with amended Corporation Tax Returns filings
Personal tax Appeals correspondence with HMRC with follow up for repayment
Client follow up for HMRC online reports and enquiries; HMRC phone and email support connections
Workbook documentation with reconciliation to company secretarial, payroll, bank uploads
About you

The ideal candidate for this position must be:

Qualified by Experience / ACCA or ACA Part Qualified / Fully Qualified
Minimum 5 Years Practice Experience & Currently be working in Practice
Be able to grow clients, take on work, and build relationships with clients
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Have good exposure using Xero, Dext & IRIS
Work well within a team
Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written)
What’s on offer

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Annual Bonus
