Aspire People work with a large SEND School in Solihull who are looking for Teaching Assistants to join their SEND teams for Sept 23. Starting in September for full time, part-time and potentially long and permanent roles. They are an all age school for pupils with moderate learning difficulties and a large percentage of Autistic Spectrum Conditions across Key stages 1 to 5, with mixed year classes grouped according to cognition and learning styles.

Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
Earn up between £75-£100 per day
This opportunity is ideal for any individuals with previous experience in social work, care work or supporting young people with special educational needs. The incoming teaching assistant will be required to work with SEN students supporting pupils in need of additional guidance. Pupils will have a range of needs including Autism and ADHD.
The incoming members of staffs will be supporting students across a range of subjects on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
To be considered for this position it is important the incoming candidate has passion or knowledge of supporting young people with Special Educational Needs. Relevant support will be provided by the head of department and the SENCO and any other transferable experience will also be considered for this position.
