What will your role involve?
We are a busy legal team and we spend a lot of time together. You'll first and foremost be our team member, an integral part of us from day one with support at hand should you need it.
Provide administrative support to our legal team such as liaising with stakeholders during international office set up, debt recovery reporting, contract management reporting, bank reporting, invoice management.
Manage the Legal team's central inbox, liaise with the team to allocate tasks and operate as a first point of contact for the business..
Use templates to prepare drafts of various third-party agreements such as non-disclosure/non-competition agreements.
Perform legal admin tasks requested by senior members of the team, such as filing, data entry and organizing client files.
Liaise with internal stakeholders as a first point of contact in relation to generic queries, response times, initial legal advice.
Liaise with clients and contractors by telephone and email and sometimes, in person.
You'll be a strong Legal Assistant/Paralegal with experience in a busy professional setting.
Ideally, you'll have recruitment sector experience or experience in a sales business with multiple stakeholders.
You'll be process & solutions driven - ersg is a global recruitment firm so we need someone who is organised and methodical and thinks logically about solutions then implements them in a way that works for our business.
You'll have great attention to detail and organizational skills, we often have competing priorities so multitasking is essential.
You'll be sociable - we are a people business, so excellent communication skills are a must.
We are also busy so you'll be able to work efficiently under pressure or to tight deadlines.
You'll be a dab hand with Microsoft Office & other applications - Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, OneNote, Sharepoint, Powepoint, PDF editors, electronic document signing software and the like.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is desirable.
Additional language(s) a bonus, mainly German or Dutch.
