Carbon60 are working with a large engineering company who are currently looking for a Stores Operative on a temporary basis with the idea to go permanent. The ideal candidate is someone who DRIVES and has previous warehouse experience.

This is a contract Stores Operative position with the prospect of going permanent, based in Dagenham.
This stores operative role is on a rotating shift basis, covering mornings, afternoons, and nights. Please see below the shift pattern:

Week 1 - 06:30-14:30
Week 2 - 14:30-22:30
Week 3 - 06:30-14:30
Week 4 - 14:30-22:30
Week 5 - 22:30-06:30
Role Responsibilities will include:

Picking, packing, and dispatching using warehouse management system
Manual handling required
General warehouse cleaning duties
Data entry of new products onto system
Chasing orders with suppliers to due date and updating system accordingly
Placing orders
Goods in & goods out
Skills and Experience required:

Warehouse experience (with manual handling)
IT literacy
