The Recruitment Bunker are recruiting exclusively for a Site Manager with hands on experience. This role will suit an experienced Site Manager or an experienced Site Supervisor, who is looking to take the next step in their career to a management level.

* £35,000.00 - £42,500.00
* Holidays: 30 days. 1 additional per year of service, maximum of 5. Buy additional 5

Responsibilities
* Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered too
* Efficiently manage materials, equipment, tools optimising resources for maximum productivity
* Ability to read drawings and set out work and complete as per designs
* Liaising with Contract Manager/Clients and reporting on progress
* Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
* Material take-off and ordering for each phase of the project
* Monitoring project progress and reporting on it to your line manager
* Devising, implementing, and ensuring safe systems of work are in place and followed
Essential Skills
* Proven experience of working as an as an experienced Site Supervisor/Manager demonstrating craftsmanship within Social Housing sector
* A minimum entry level of a 3-day SSSTS Site Supervisor or 5-day accreditation and/ or an SMSTS Site Manager accreditation
* Knowledge of current Health and Safety regulations
* Supervisory/People management experience
* Good knowledge of building and construction
* Excellent time management and leadership skills
* Business/Project management skills
* Ability to communicate at all levels effectively
* Good initiative and proactive logical thinking skills
* Clean driving licence and willingness to travel
* Clear disclosure Scotland check
* CSCS card
