Looking for experience Accidental Damage (AD) or First Notation of Loss claims handlers to join a thriving local company.

You must be:

Confident dealing with all methods of written and verbal communication
Have full technical and product knowledge along with financial understanding of claim reserving and settlement
Manage claims involving theft damage, fire and be capable of negotiating total loss settlements.
Ensure all indemnity requirements are adhered to.
To continually adhere to client and business specific protocols, SLA and best practice
Making payments where required / maintaining records
Responding to correspondence received from customers, third parties, Insurers and BrokersWe are looking:
