1st Line/Desktop Support | Cambourne, Cambridge | Full Time

A well-established and growing accountancy firm with offices in Canary Wharf and near Cambridge, and with a reputation for high-quality service, is seeking to recruit a 1st Line/Desktop Support person. The firm provides services to a wide range of clients, from small and medium size growth businesses and individuals to multi-national corporations.

 This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or aspiring Windows desktop support professional, this role requires support for the company’s users and systems, and reports to Manager level.

You will be working in a small but very busy IT department.

Are you the right person for the job?

Full UK driving licence
A proven understanding of PC maintenance
Understanding documentation
Demonstrable knowledge of Windows, and Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Responsible for PC, laptop and smartphones maintenance
PC upgrading and building
Good verbal and written communication and reporting ability

Remuneration package includes a basic salary and performance bonuses, reviewed bi-annually, approved contributory pension
