A Company based in London having a portfolio of hotels is looking for a friendly and engaging Assistant Manager/Duty Manager to join its chain.

The ideal candidate is required to
* Provide quality services to our guests and create memorable experiences for them.
* Handle guest queries and complaints and follow through until full resolution.
* Supervise Front Desk and support Receptionists.
* Work closely with other departments.
* Responsible for the overall management of the daily operation.
* Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting guests, and maintaining records.
* Monitoring staff performance to ensure they are meeting standards of quality service and customer satisfaction.
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure the smooth operation of all departments.
* Review guest feedback and make recommendations to management regarding any issues or concerns.
* Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
* Must have previous experience in a similar role in a hotel environment.
* Excellent communication skills
