An exciting new opportunity has arisen within a reputable, established healthcare organisation, to take on the position of Culture and Wellbeing HR Lead.
You will be a seasoned HR professional - perhaps currently HR advisor/HR Partner - with good all round HR knowledge, be CIPD Level 3 or above, and have a passion for creating positive company culture, with an emphasis on promoting employee wellbeing.
This is an award-winning organisation with an excellent reputation and services across Yorkshire and the North East. Joining a small group of HR Leads, you will be supported by two HR advisors. It will offer you the chance to make a real difference - you will design and implement culture and wellbeing initiatives to accompany a period of growth and expansion, so you'll be managing change across the organisation and ensuring the highest possible standards of employee wellbeing.
