Do you have a calm personality, superb organizational skills, with solid administration/PA skills for this fast-paced international organization? Ideally experience gained within a HR department and a second language would highly advantageous (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese) but not essential. A can-do attitude and flexible to the changing needs of the business. Experienced working across different time zones and within an international company desirable.
This is a varied role where you will be joining a newly restructured HR team, supporting them with HR administration and co-ordination of their recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a customer service mindset and feels passionate about the candidate experience. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, high energy and can work with a high level of ambiguity. Duties include:
Support on all aspects of recruitment administration (posting jobs, arranging interviews/ meetings
Assist on sourcing of candidates, using all methods including LinkedIn recruiter/job boards and agency liaison.
Support on the effective implementation of our applicant tracking system
Assist on screening of candidates, CV and phone screening
Be responsible for the monthly reporting process
Administer company screening tools
Contract and Offer Letter administration.
Be responsible for new joiner files
Organise inductions and onboarding plans
Be the point of contact for candidates through their induction process
Attend job fairs and career events, assisting with other global recruitment projects
Ensure effective communication and best-in-class service for our candidates and managers through the whole process.Naturally you will have superb administration skills, in particular Excel and Outlook emails and a proactive nature, not afraid to problem solve, take the initiative, and ask questions if unsure. You'll plan effectively in advance, without being fazed if tomorrow doesn't look like today. You'll spot opportunities to improve process and approach, and make it happen.
Joining at an exciting time of growth, the HR Co-Ordinator will be joining a small friendly team. This is a full-time permanent role, hybrid working, minimum 3 days per week in the Uckfield office, £28000, 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays, pension, free parking, and fruit. Working Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm with an early finish of 3.45pm every Friday. Opportunities to grow and progress within this international organization.
