As Sales Executive working as part of a small team, you will be carrying out product sales and enquiries with customers in person and over the phone, looking after stock, sales enquiries and more. We are looking for an individual who has skills and attributes such as customer service skills, clear communication, enjoy going the extra mile, and a good level of MS Office. This role could suit someone looking for a step into a commercial sales role from retail. This role is based in Bristol near Causeway and is permanent Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5pm with a starting salary of circa £27,000 and an OTE of £32,000.

Role overview:

Advising customers in all aspects of sales and service for products in person or over the phone. Overall making a positive contribution to overall team environment.

Key Accountabilities for the Sales Executive:

Undertake retail and customer service activities within the companies shop to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction
Identifying and passing on sale leads
Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
Assisting customers with sales, queries and after sales service
Conduct stock takes as requested
Re-stocking/replenishing items
Meeting sales goals, targets and objectives
Attend training sessions
Understand the range of company products
Administration of sales orders received
Administer any returns
Handle parts enquiries
Visit customers externally when required
Attend training, meetings and company events Skills and attributes required for the Sales Executive:

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised
High degree of computer literacy
Customer centric individual
Full UK driving licence
