As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
SEMH Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
Implementing tailored interventions to support the specific needs of students with SEMH challenges.
Collaborating closely with the teaching team to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Assisting in the development and execution of individualized strategies to address SEMH needs.
Providing one-on-one support and small group assistance during classroom activities.
Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for students with SEMH challenges.SEMH Teaching Assistant Requirements:
Proven experience working with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Ability to adapt and implement strategies to meet the diverse needs of each student.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with both students and colleagues.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEMH challenges.Benefits:
