Role: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Slough, Berkshire

Salary - c£31,000

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular business within the retail industry and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

General Day-to-Day Duties

Notification emails to customers for service visits

Monitoring of incoming emails to service ibox
Dealing with customer queries
Escalation as necessary
Review of returned replenishment/installation/collection service notes
Action as required
Escalation as necessary
Install Information Cases (including RAMS)
Remove this workload from the support team, freeing them up
Liaise with customer/account manager to confirm outstanding information
Update Matt/Josh with informationLiaise with the support team

Assist the support team with general queries regarding servicing
Work with the support team to help resolve customer service issues pertaining to operations
UK Operations Team Case Queue
Support in monitoring incoming Operations cases and action Escalation as necessary
Operations Analytics
Assisting with planned and ad-hoc analytics Large national account reports (Tapi) Install/Service/Collection ReportsBenefits - General Operations Team

General day-to-day workload is split in a more manageable way

Removes knock-on effect of any planned/unplanned absence within the team

More time generated to focus on more efficient diary planning With increased focus on this area, installs can be turned around even quicker and can be billed sooner (stock depending)

Less time having to be spent on general day-to-day tasks

More time to focus on identifying efficiency gains with the department

Increased focus on training & development of engineers

One-to-one training Ongoing development plans Regular reviews to determine skill level and further training needs With more focus on providing an even better standard of service, this could have a positive effect on customer retention and reduce attrition
