Part-Time School Receptionist

Location: South Sheffield Primary School

Contract Type: Part-Time (2 days a week), Temporary (with potential for permanent)

Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Start Date: Beginning of May or Late April

Are you an organised and personable individual with experience in front desk roles? Our vibrant primary school in South Sheffield is seeking a reliable and efficient Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, parents, and students in a welcoming and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
Maintain the school's front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Manage pupil attendance records and liaise with relevant staff regarding absences.
Support the school office with general administrative duties as required.Requirements:

Previous experience working in a school front desk or similar administrative role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.Additional Information:

This role is part-time, consisting of 2 days a week.
Potential for the position to become permanent based on performance and school needs.
