Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant educational community in Telford. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students, working closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Assist with the implementation of individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
Support students in their academic and personal development, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
Help to maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment, ensuring the well-being of all students.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student progress and address any concerns.Requirements:

Relevant experience working with children or young people, preferably within an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
A patient and compassionate approach to working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently when required.
A commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within the classroom and the wider school community.Desirable Qualifications:

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (not necessary but desirable).
First Aid/CPR certification.
